De-matting Fee Is Not Included. 

If a pet requires de-matting treatment, the fee will be reasonably adjusted based on factors such as the breed, hair length, and severity of matting, with a base charge of $1/minute. Severe matting or large clumps of hair tightly adhered to the skin will need to be shaved off, and de-matting service cannot be provided in such cases.

小美容与大美容项目均不包含开结费用。

若宠物需要进行开结处理，费用将根据宠物品种、毛发长度及打结严重程度等因素进行合理调整，基础收费标准为$l/min。死结或大面积紧贴皮肤的毛发结块需剃掉，无法提供开结服务。

 

For safety, proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination in paper form is required prior to groom services.

All vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to checking in. 

为了美容师的安全考虑，我们会要求家长提供宠物的有效疫苗证明（包括但不限狂犬疫苗）。

 

Be mindful of any health conditions your pet may have

(History of stress, skin disease, epilepsy, hypertension, heart disease, joint problem, etc)

And contact us if you think this may cause an issue.  

如宠物有应激史、皮肤病、癫痫、高血压、心脏病、严重关节类病史等问题，请提前告知。

 

We will use extra care and patience for older pets; however, we will not be held responsible for any reaction due to the mental or physical stress of grooming geriatric pets. If in our judgment, brushing or clipping, or any other grooming procedure is determined to cause too much stress to the pet, we will modify or terminate the haircut. Please be sure to notify us of any health conditions that might make your pet uncomfortable during the bathing, drying, or clipping phases.

Any grooming which takes place on an elderly or frail pet is conducted at your risk.

对于处于老年阶段的宠物，我们会格外小心和有耐心。但是，我们不会对给老年宠物做美容过程中宠物的心理或身体压力所导致的任何反应负责。如果在我们看来任何美容程序，会给宠物带来太多压力，我们会修改或终止美容并联系家长。

任何给虚弱的宠物（包括但不限老年阶段和怀孕阶段）进行美容项目都将由您自行承担相应风险。

 

 

Cola Pet reserves the right to refuse/stop services for Aggressive or Dangerous / Pregnant / Elder or Frail / any Health Conditions pet(s) at any time before or during the grooming process.
